PURCHASING

Payment is taken at checkout via Paypal. As each item is made to order, purchases are final. Please check dimensions before purchasing and note that colours can sometimes appear differently on screens due to calibration. By making a purchase on this online shop you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

DELIVERY

Each print is made to order. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Postage is charged at a flat fee of £5.00 and sent via Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class. A4 prints are sent in a boarded A4 envelope, A3 & A2 are sent rolled in cardboard tubes. Multiple items will be sent rolled together in a packing tube.

Eco friendly, compostable or recyclable packing materials are used where possible. Please dispose/ recycle/ reuse as appropriate.

RETURNS

I hope you are delighted with your print and it finds a special place within your home. In the event of your prints arriving damaged, please email me within 48 hrs of receipt at aslowgathering@gmail.com attaching images of damage and a replacement or full refund will be offered. If you are not entirely satisfied with your print or have had a change of heart you may return the print within 7 days of receiving the print, emailing me beforehand. A refund or store credit will be issued on receipt of the returned item and only if it is in perfect condition. In this case, postage is non refundable and the customer must assume responsibility and payment for return postage.
